Cancellation Policy
🚨 Important Booking Policy Update 🚨 Starting January 1, 2025, all appointments will require a $20 deposit to secure your spot. How It Works: After you request an appointment, a $20 deposit will be required for confirmation. (E-transfer to holistictibb@gmail.com) Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled appointment to receive a refund. If you miss your appointment without notice (no-show), the $20 deposit will be forfeited. Additionally, you will need to pay the full service price in advance to book any future appointments. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work to provide the best service possible!
